Pre-listing home inspections

In todays hot real estate market, a ‘listing inspection report ’ is often made available to prospective buyers.  Many real estate agents recommend to the sellers that they have an inspection performed and a report made available as part of the selling process.  The National Home Inspection report  is regarded (as always), to be unbiased and accurate.  The inspector is available for telephone consultation on his findings to buyers that have thoroughly read the report, free of charge.
