When will I receive my report?

A comprehensive verbal report is provided on site (or afterwards by phone, if you are unable to attend), and a proprietary, narrative-style written report is emailed to you as quickly as the same day. A hard copy will be mailed at your request. Our report outlines life expectancies of the major systems as well as estimated repairs and replacement costs where feasible.
