Can I accompany the inspector?

Absolutely! Accompanying the inspector is strongly encouraged and gives you an excellent opportunity to go through your potential new home with an expert.  He can also give advice and answer questions regarding planned renovations, repairs and general home maintenance.  Our clients find this aspect of the inspection to be a very educational and worthwhile experience.
